Filing a case

This thread is for the filing of criminal charges and related filings. After filings are received the Court will open a Trial thread and link it in this post.

There are the following case types, select wisely.
1] Criminal Case: Charge someone for a crime under the Indian Penal Code.
2] Approval Request: Requests for approval of ejections and/or bans.
3] Appeal: Overturn a previous court decision.
4] Judicial Review: Overturn a decision of the government or its institution/s or its offical/s.
5] Legal Question: Interpret the meaning and/or of a law.

Reference names should be in these example formats:
For CC, JR, AP, AR: Party A vs Party B
For LQ: Legality of Car Driving


Requests can be stated in the following forms only:
1. Legal Question: as a single question.
2. Criminal Complaint: as the charge, you're are pressing.
3. Judicial Review: as the name of the action you are challenging.
4. Appeal: as the Docket Number of the case you're appealing.
5. Approval Request: as a single line.

The Supreme Court simply requires the Goverment to submit evidence to either of the justices and following their thorough yet quick appraisal, the Court will pass its judgement.
